My Fancy Princess was inspired by our desire to find beautiful quality dress up clothes and gifts not readily found in your brick and mortar stores. We have hand-picked our special dress ups and gifts and hope you find them as delightful as we do.

We ship nationwide, to Military addresses and Internationally to over 200+ countries! Some items cannot be shipped to military addresses including all furniture, toy boxes, rocking chairs and some other larger items. Shipping Time

All orders usually ship within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday). During the holiday season, order processing may take longer. We ship orders within the U.S. only. However, lead time is also based on stock availability and or manufacturer/vendor shipping estimations. My Fancy Princess cannot be held responsible for shipping delays exceeding the original estimated shipping times. In the event of a delay we will notify you via e-mail.

Personalized Orders

Some items are available for personalization. The minimum time for personalization is 1-2 weeks. Hand Painted plates, wall hangings, tiles and letters take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete before shipping. Personalized bracelets take approximately 1-2 weeks, however some take only a few days to personalize. All personalized items are final sales and non-returnable, however, if there is a mistake made by the artisan in the personalization, a defective product, or a damage from shipping, we will gladly replace it with a corrected item, free of charge.

Sales Tax:

My Fancy Princess collects 8.75% sales tax on orders shipped to residents of California. Orders shipping outside of California will not be charged sales tax.

Returns:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not you are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund (less original shipping charges). My Fancy Princess reserves the right to refuse any returned item/items.

  • Any custom made, personalized items and special orders are considered final sales and are non-returnable.

  • Apparel and Dress Ups that have been washed or show signs of wear are non-returnable. Dresses and other dress up clothes must have tags attached. They must not have been altered in any way. All clothing is inspected upon return. If it is found that the fabric has been stained or shows signs of alterations of any kind we reserve the right to a refund and your package will be refused back to you with no refund or exchange, even if the tags are attached.

    ***All dress up must be returned in the condition we shipped it; please make an effort to return the items in the same care and condition that we shipped it in. Thank you.***

    Marked down items that are labeled CLOSEOUT OR CLEARANCE are final sales and returns will be accepted on a case by case basis. You must e-mail for authorization.

    If you wish to return your purchase you must e-mail My Fancy Princess for an RMA number (return merchandise authorization) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused or returned to sender. We cannot guarantee a proper credit without an RMA number. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on unauthorized returns without an RMA number or refused and returned to sender. We recommend that all returns be insured as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Packages that arrive with damaged merchandise will be refused or returned to sender at their expense.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges cannot be refunded. If an order/item is returned that originally received free shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund.

    Cancellations: Orders may not be canceled once they are being processed. Order cancellations must be e-mailed prior to shipment processing.

    Any shipment that is refused upon or after delivery will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    Damages:
    For items damaged during shipping, you MUST report any damages or shortfalls to your shipment within 3 days of delivery of package. Any non-compliance with this will result in non-refund of purchase. Please check your order carefully upon receipt because any damages or shortfalls reported after 3 days cannot be accepted.
